It's really about the land though. Which doesn't look as I imagined it. For one thing, it's not flat. It's not undulating either. It's hilly, cliffy. There is a drop. But it's square-ish and private. There is a spot, beautiful and hidden, which made me fall in love with the idea of living here for the rest of my life, which hopefully I will and which will hopefully be a looooooooong time. And there is an amazing tree. I don't know what kind of tree it is but it is magnificent and when I saw it I was content. So we signed the paperwork and handed over all of our money. It wasn't easy.
